parallel diversity in the bohemian grove

With these works, I explore a potential harmony of different and opposing elements that exist alongside each other without fully merging. Similar to enclosed spaces where varied elements converge, I seek here a sense of both independence and connection. In the convergence of forms and patterns, I explore a parallel structure—something that seems to exist alongside other elements without fully coming together. I aim to suggest an inner world that remains complex and diverse, with only fragments made visible.

Through the composition, I strive to convey a tension between isolation and temporary unity. Each element retains a distinct quality while simultaneously contributing to a larger whole. In this way, I seek a balance between independent elements and harmony within the entire piece. The four circles within each rectangle suggest diversity within the individual frames. Each rectangle serves as its own space, with a shared foundational structure but subtle differences in arrangement. Thus, I create a tension between independence and cohesion, freedom and constraint.

By bringing together circular and angular forms, contrasts and oppositions emerge. The rectangles convey a sense of containment, while the circles seem to move freely within these structures. This juxtaposition evokes a tension between freedom and control, fitting an environment filled with hidden layers. This becomes a visual exploration of parallel structures and hidden connections, captured in an abstract composition that exudes both mystery and unity.
